چکیده
The study investigated the thermal performance of a photovoltaic (PVT) collector with twisted absorber tube and nanoparticle-enhanced phase change material (nano-PCM). PVT consisted tubes, container filled nano-PCM, (PV) panel. To assess its efficiency, five different configurations were tested using an indoor solar simulator. analyzed as follows: (a) unenhanced PV panel, (b) circular tubes (C-PVT), (c) (T-PVT), (d) C-PVT nano-PCM (C-PVT-PCM), (e) T-PVT (T-PVT-PCM). thermal, photovoltaic, combined photovoltaic-thermal efficiencies evaluated at varying mass flow rates (0.008-0.04kg/s) constant irradiance 800W/m2. Among tested, T-PVT-PCM configuration demonstrated highest performance. Specifically, rate 0.04kg/s, 800W/m2, ambient temperature 27°C, it achieved 9.46%, 79.40%, 88.86%, respectively. utilization in design notably improved efficiency by enhancing heat transmission between liquid surface. Furthermore, implementation led to significant reduction surface temperature. Compared lowered approximately 30°C, when compared C-PVT-PCM, reduced around 10°C. Notably, outperformed panel exhibiting 34.5% higher efficiency. Overall, highlights material. innovative remarkable temperatures, significantly enhanced traditional configurations. These findings contribute development more efficient versatile energy systems potential for broader applications renewable technology.

Performance analysis of photovoltaic thermal (PVT) water collectors
The electrical and thermal performances of photovoltaic thermal (PVT) water collectors were determined under 500–800 W/m solar radiation levels. At each solar radiation level, mass flow rates ranging from 0.011 kg/s to 0.041 kg/s were introduced. The PVT collectors were tested with respect to PV efficiency, thermal efficiency, and a combination of both (PVT efficiency). The results show that th...
